Baroness Young chairs the Young Review’s independent advisory group to the Ministry of Justice and National Offender Management Service.
The Black Training and Enterprise Group is providing the secretariat and policy support for Phase II of the Young Review. BTEG supports Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic (BAME) civil society organisations, providing a national voice and promoting equality, inclusion, collaboration and entrepreneurship in BAME communities.
Clinks led Phase I of the Young Review’s work in partnership with BTEG and continues to support the Young Review as a key partner and member of the Steering Group and Interim Advisory Group. Clinks supports, represents and campaigns for the voluntary sector working with offenders. Clinks aims to ensure the sector and all those with whom they work, are informed and engaged in order to transform the lives of offenders.
